Commercial Bathroom Rough in for Daycare Center - Jamaica, NY

We recently completed a commercial bathroom rough-in project for a daycare center located in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, NY. This job focused on laying the groundwork for reliable, long-term plumbing performance in a high-traffic environment.

Our scope of work included a complete piping rough-in for multiple commercial bathrooms within the facility. All new piping was installed using cast iron no-hub materials, ideal for commercial-grade durability and sound reduction—important features in a childcare setting.

The rough-in was completed in accordance with local building codes and prepared the site for the next phase of bathroom construction. Every section of the system was pressure-tested and positioned with precision to accommodate future fixture plumbing installations.
